Real Estate a career that I fell into. I never wanted to be a "sales man" nor did I ever wanted a job that you have to directly deal with people. I never had done a job so aggravating or as frustrating. A lot of people define a realtor's job is to facilitate a sale of a home and to meet new people that need our services.
I found that this is only a half truth. We do in fact meet new people and that is part of the job and we do help facilitate a new sale of homes, however we also take on the inherit stress for the buyer and seller. We deal with all the minute details that would drive anybody crazy. But we do it with a smile.
This blog is basically going to be about the dark side of real estate of why a normal person would go insane doing. My goal is to post weekly stories of how stupid people can be during a real estate transaction and the interesting people I meet prospecting for more clients.
